4. Liability

a) PROVIDER is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.

b) For simple negligence, PROVIDER is liable – except in the case of injury to life, body, or health – only if essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) are violated. Liability is limited to the contract-typical and foreseeable damage, but in no case exceeding an amount of EUR 100.

c) Liability for indirect and unforeseeable damages, production and loss of use, lost profits, savings not realized, and financial damages due to third-party claims is excluded in the case of simple negligence – except in the case of injury to life, body, or health.

d) Any further liability beyond that in this contract is excluded – regardless of the legal nature of the claimed right. 5. Payment Terms

a) The amount to be paid is due for payment within net 7 days after order or invoice completion, unless the order confirmation specifies a different payment deadline. The payment obligation is to be fulfilled by transfer to the specified account of the contractor or by cash payment.

b) The client is only entitled to offsetting, even if complaints or counterclaims are made, if the counterclaims have been legally established, acknowledged by the contractor, or are undisputed. The client is only authorized to exercise a right of retention if his counterclaim is based on the same contractual relationship.

6. Shipping and Processing

Online orders are shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day. • Most orders shipped by standard shipping are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, depending on product availability. • Most orders with standard shipping are delivered within 2–15 business days after the order’s shipping date. • All orders are shipped with Swiss Post. For Austria, Italy, France, and Germany, packages are sent with DHL. • We deliver exclusively to the country of your delivery address. All orders can also be picked up free of charge on-site.

7. Exchange and Withdrawal Rights

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order at www.naturecastle.ch, you can return the products as long as they are in their original condition. However, the cost of the return must be borne at your own expense as long as the product is undamaged and delivered correctly. The exchange of products is not possible as long as the product arrives undamaged. Processing time takes between 7 to 10 business days after receiving your return.
