a) PROVIDER shall be liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.

b) ANBIETER shall only be liable for simple negligence – except in the case of injury to life, body or health – if essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) are violated. Liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical of the contract, but not exceeding an amount of EUR …………

5. terms of payment

a) The amount to be paid is due for payment within 7 days net after the order or invoice has been finalised, unless the order confirmation specifies a different payment term. The payment obligation shall be fulfilled by bank transfer to the Contractor’s specified account or by cash payment.

b) The Client shall only be entitled to set-off, even if notices of defects or counterclaims are asserted, if the counterclaims have been legally established, recognised by the Contractor or are undisputed. The client is only authorised to exercise a right of retention if his counterclaim is based on the same contractual relationship.

Shipping and handling charges per order (most standard orders are dispatched within 5-7 working days)

NatureCastle offers standard shipping. Online orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following business day.
– Most orders shipped via standard shipping are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, depending on product availability.
– Most standard shipping orders will be delivered within 2-15 business days from the order dispatch date.
– All orders are dispatched by Swiss Post. For Austria, Italy, France and Germany, parcels are shipped with DHL.
– We only deliver to the country of your delivery address.
All orders can also be collected locally free of charge.

Import duties and handling fees may apply when exporting to EU countries. NatureCastle has already reduced the shipping costs to accommodate customers. However, any customs costs will not be covered by NatureCastle.

7. Right of exchange and cancellation

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order at www.naturecastle.ch, you can return the products as long as they are in their original condition.
However, the cost of the return shipment must be borne by you as long as the product is delivered undamaged and correct. The exchange of products is not possible as long as the product arrives undamaged.
The processing time takes between 7 to 10 working days after receipt of your return. Working days: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation as soon as we have received and processed your return.
